Miami FL Adds Klaudia Nazieblo As Assistant Coach

Miami-Florida has added Klaudia Nazieblo as an assistant coach, the school announced on Thursday. Nazieblo joins the staff after associate head coach Zach Hinsley departed the program last month so he and his wife could move closer to family, Hinsley said on Instagram.

“I am absolutely thrilled and honored to be joining the Hurricanes Family,” Nazieblo said. “From my very first conversation with Coach Kershaw, I knew this was a program I wanted to be a part of. I resonated deeply with his genuine passion and his holistic philosophy of developing the whole athlete, rather than treating them as a number on a scoreboard. This is a vision to which I am completely committed.”

Nazieblo arrives after spending the last five years as a member of the Virginia Tech coaching staff. Originally from Poland, Nazieblo competed for Virginia Tech during her collegiate career from 2014-2018. She then served on the team’s staff while competing in the International Swimming League (ISL).

As an athlete, Nazieblo was a 7x NCAA Honorable Mention All-American and 1x NCAA First-Team All-American. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 2018 with a degree in economics and a minor in business leadership and communication. She represented Poland at the international level and swam at numerous World Championships.

Nazieblo joins Miami-FL’s staff that includes head coach Andy Kershaw and assistant coach Liberty Williams. Williams joined the program last fall and will increase her responsibilities this upcoming season, the school said in Nazieblo’s hiring announcement.

With her move from Virginia Tech, Nazieblo remains in the ACC. The Virginia Tech women were 9th with 409.5 points at the 2026 ACC Championships while the Miami-FL women were 12th with 322 points. The Miami women finished 18th at the 2026 NCAA Championships.
