SPRINGFIELD – Missouri State swimming & diving completed its 2026-27 schedule, head coach Dave Collins announced Thursday.
The Bears host a trio of home meets at the Hammons Student Center Pool, starting with a two-day meeting against Omaha (Oct. 30-31) after beginning the season with a road contest at Southern Illinois (Oct. 2-3) and against Missouri and Indiana State in Columbia, Mo. (Oct. 16-17).
“Releasing the meet schedule always makes the season feel real,” said Collins. “We are excited about the way the dates came together and the level of competition we will have throughout the season. This schedule will provide us with opportunities to compete against quality opponents and race in championship-caliber environments, which will prepare our team to be at its best when the championships arrive.”
Mo State returns to the House of Champions Invitational in Indianapolis (Nov. 19-21) and begins the annual home-and-home series with Drury across town on Jan. 15.
The Bears conclude the regular season with home meets against Drury (Jan. 16) and UIC (Jan. 29-30).
“We are especially excited to welcome our fans for our home meets in what we feel is one of the most unique and exciting meet environments there is,” added Collins. “Momentum around our program is at an all-time high and we are excited to get going.”
The Missouri Valley Conference will once against host the men’s and women’s meetings concurrently in Evansville, Ind., from Feb. 17-20. The Mo State women have won 21 of the last 25 Valley crowns, while the men won their sixth MVC title last season.
