Day four of the 2025 European Junior Championships saw Great Britain maintain its position as the top nation in the overall medal table with three days to go.
17-year-old Filip Nowacki led the charge with a new European Junior Record of 2:08.32 to take the boys’ 200m breaststroke final, becoming his nation’s 5th-best performer in the process.
Dean Fearn also helped the cause with a silver in the boys’ 100m fly while they closed the session with a new European Junior Record in the mixed medley relay.
Italy and Spain remain as the #2 and #3 nations while Lithuania moved up from 6th to 4th, courtesy of 16-year-old Tajus Juska‘s double gold performances in the boys’ 100m fly and 50m free.
