Keagan Casey, a high school senior who primarily swims for Greenwood Swimming in Worchester, Massachusetts, has committed to swim for Lehigh University in the fall of 2020. A distance specialist, Casey will feel right at home training for the mile at Lehigh; last year at the Patriot League Championship meet they swam seven men in the 1650 yard freestyle, four of which will be around to train with Casey.

At the ISCA TYR Summer Senior Championship over the summer, Casey took 14th place in the 400 LCM freestyle (4:13.59) and 13th place in the 1500 LCM freestyle (16:41.81). At the spring ISCA TYR Junior Nationals meet, he finished in 11th place in the 800 LCM freestyle (8:52.90) and 6th place in the 1500 LCM freestyle (16:51.03).

- 1650 free – 16:03.32
Last year at the 2019 Patriot League Championships Lehigh finished in 5th place as a team but were only 46 points away from 4th place and 67 points away from 3rd. Casey will join a diverse class of Daniel Unhuryan, Aiden McCurley, Connor Drucis, and Alex Patti as the Mountain Hawk’s class of 2024.
