Some of the top age group swimmers gathered in Worcester, Massachusetts at the end of February. Highlighting the meet was 15 year old Joey Eaddy who swam to numerous wins and lifetime bests at the meet.
Eaddy, who swims for Revolution Aquatic Club, dropped five seconds en route to the win in the 1000 free, touching in a 9:05.24. That swim now sits at #65 all-time in the boys 15-16 age group. He also won the 1650 free in a best time, touching in a 15:19.58 to drop 0.16 seconds off his lifetime best. His final win came in the 500 free where he swam a 4:25.82, only 0.33 off his lifetime best.
Virginia commit Gerhardt Hoover of Commonwealth Swimming showed off his versatility, winning six individual events on the meet including the 200 back, 50, 100, and 200 breaststrokes, as well as the 200 and 400 IMs. He was highlighted by a 1:45.66 in the 200 back, a time that was just under two seconds off his lifetime best.
Leading the way on the girls side of the meet was Duke commit Quinn White (Shawmut Aquatic Club) who swept the backstroke events with a 55.02 in the 100 and a 1:56.69 in the 200. She was faster in prelims of the 100 back with a 54.28, a time that was only 0.28 seconds off her best time.
Wisconsin commit Vivian Moulson of Crimson Aquatics won five events, including the 100 breast, 200 breast, 200 fly, 200 IM, and 400 IM. She was highlighted by a 1:57.55 in the 200 fly, a time that was only 1.36 seconds off her lifetime best.
