Ingrid Wilm Discusses Leveling-Up to Become ISL Backstroke Juggernaut

We sat down with Ingrid Wilm, the surprise backstroking sensation for the LA Current that has leveled up throughout this regular season. Wilm gives us insight into what her normal training in Canada looks like and why she’s been able to translate that into the ISL race-heavy training. She also describes her experience at the 2021 Olympic Trials and how she has come out of a 3rd place finish better than ever.
