Ryan Lochte sports some fun shoes as he talks about racing the 50 yard butterfly, and 100 yard backstroke tonight. He swam the 50 fly in 21.48 (instead of doing the 50 free) to prepare for the 200 IM tomorrow, and went 46.21 to win the 100 yard backstroke. He also shares what he focuses on in training to get ready for a meet. Lastly, he shares how he has grown over his three Olympiads, and how he noticed he is the oldest swimmer racing at the meet…and as we all know, he is a leader and mentor to many up and coming swimmers.

Keep SHINING, Ryan!
