Brian is actually a 4:28 500 freestyler, not 5:28! (And on how many other HS teams would he only be the 2nd fastest 500 freestyler with a 4:28?!)

I highly discourage the dips on the TRX as they place high amounts of stress on the anterior structure of the shoulder.
