Florida State Women Pick Up Second Breaststroke Commit of Week

Florida State has picked up their second breaststroke commit of the week for the women’s program, as McKenna Harris from St. Petersburg Aquatics and St. Petersburg High School has given her verbal pledge to the Seminoles.

Harris is primarily a breaststroker, with yards bests of 1:04.59 and 2:21.77. She will join Natalie Pierce, from Michigan, who is a 1:03.6 in the 100 yard race in a reinforced Florida State sprint breaststroke group next season.

Harris was the runner-up at the Florida 3A State Championships in the fall of 2012 in the 100 yard breaststroke.
