Drummin’ Dressel: Watch The Fastest Man In History Keep The Beat

Caeleb Dressel holds the record for the fastest 50 yard free in history, but he also holds pretty good time on the drums. The American Olympian posted a quick Instagram video this week of jam session he had on a drum set.

You can view it below, courtesy of @CaelebDressel on Instagram.

Jam sesh ????????

A video posted by caelebdressel (@caelebdressel) on

Of special note: a few other Olympians make cameo guest appearances in the comment section. Allison Schmitt (@arschmitty) and Elizabeth Beisel (@ebeisel34) show up wanting to drop by and join in the jam session:

Allison Schmitt (@arschmitty): @ebeisel34 and I will be there in a second!

Elizabeth Beisel (@ebeisel34): Caeleb didn’t we decide you can’t practice without @arschmitty and I?!!!!!

Beisel and Dressel, of course, are teammates with Gator Swim Club. Beisel is a University of Florida alumnus and Dressel is currently a junior with the Gators. Though the two swim very different events (400 IM, 200 back and distance free for Beisel and 50/100 free for Dressel), both train under Florida head coach Gregg Troy.

Dressel is the defending NCAA champ in the 50 and 100 freestyles, and holds American and U.S. Open records in both events.

hate to see dressel keep tiring himself out with meaningless events smdh.

I see what you did there..

Why some people keep tiring themselves with useless comments? 🙄

You seem to be the king on that. Mind enlightening us?

He has no future outside of 50-100 free. That includes in the drumming world

Is it a joke?

Why the down votes people? This is merely a link to an amazing swim, just like above.

I sometimes wonder if someone wrote a bot just to downvote Bobo because of the consistency of downvotes on his posts.

Nope.

I down vote his posts even when I agree with them. Its just a reflex.
