Denver’s Bunch, Myers Sweep Weekly Summit League Awards

ELMHURST, Ill. – Denver’s Dylan Bunch was named Summit League Men’s Swimmer of the Week while teammate Maddie Myers earned Women’s Swimmer of the Week award for their performances during the week of Jan. 11-17.

  • Named Summit League Swimmer of the Week for the second time this season and eighth time in his career
  • Posted three individual top-two finishes, including two victories, in Denver’s meet with Minnesota and BYU
  • Claimed first-place finishes in the 1000 Free (9:30.03) and 500 Free (4:36.98)
  • Swam the lead leg in the Pioneers’ winning 800 Free relay victory

  • Swam the lead leg for the Pioneers’ second-place 800 Free relay team
