Saint Francis Travels to Lock Haven on Friday

The Saint Francis swimming team resumes its season on Friday, January 15 as it travels to Lock Haven for a 7 p.m. meet. The Red Flash is 5-7 this season and will look for its first road win of the season on Friday. The Bald Eagles enter the meet with an 0-2 mark.

Florida’s Switkowski, UGA’s Flickinger Named SEC Swimmers of the Week

The SEC has named Jan Switkowski and Hali Flickinger as its swimmer of the week for the week of January 11th. Switkowski won 2 events for Florida in their dual meet with Florida State, taking the 200 fly in 2:01.30 and 400 free in 4:01.54.

New Mexico State Bests Idaho in Home Dual Meet

In a dual meet in Las Cruces on Tuesday night, the Idaho Vandals fell 181-119 to New Mexico State. New Mexico State honored Georgia Brown, Cassandra Rupp, Dory Lennert, Lauren Wood, Natalie French, Lauren Reifel and MacKinna for senior day as the team swam to their first victory of 2016.
