Carly Yasko, a current high school senior from Newport Beach, California, has committed to swim for Division I Columbia University. Yasko will graduate from Newport Harbor High School in spring 2020 and join the Lions’ class of 2024.
Yasko currently swims for SOCAL Aquatics Association. At the 2018 CA MVN JO’s, Yasko placed 6th in the 200 LCM freestyle with a time of 2:10.29. She is also a Sectionals qualifier.

This year at the 2020 Ivy League Swimming and Diving Championships, Yasko would have placed 24th in the 200 freestyle with her current best time of 1:51.71.

This year at the Ivy League Championships, Columbia placed 6th as a team.
Yasko will make the trek from California to New York to begin her swimming career at Columbia University fall 2020.
