Caeleb Dressel Forces Himself to Find One Good Thing He Did Each Practice

As someone who not only opts for it but *likes* to fixate on the negative things about any given practice or race, Caeleb Dressel has found success in picking apart his swimming to find areas of improvement. However, that can also lead to never having the feeling of satisfaction with what he’s put into his swimming. So, he has developed a habit of, after every practice, finding one good thing he’s done in that practice, which has forced him to not view his work in such a negative light all the time.
