JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be assigned duties as an Assistant Coach of Men’s and Women’s Swimming. Responsibilities include planning and implementing practices, mentoring student-athletes, recruiting, adhering to CCIW and NCAA rules, and other duties as assigned by the head coach.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven success in coaching swimming and/or collegiate level swimming experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of swimming.
- Preference may be given to candidates who desire a career in coaching.
- Graduate school is in conjunction with Indiana State University.
