Last night, the inaugural Australia vs. The World meet went down at The Valley Pool in Brisbane, and it was nothing like a typical swim meet.
Instead of the usual heats, semifinals, and finals, we got 25m sprints, back-to-back skins rounds with barely two minutes to recover, relays chosen by fan vote seconds before the start, and Power Plays that could double the points in an instant.
