The third day of the 2016 U.S. Winter National Championships was the most exciting yet, including Tom Shields swimming the fastest 100 yard fly ever, Melanie Margalis‘s double victories in the 200 free and 100 breast, American Record holder Kevin Cordes taking the 100 breast, and high school senior and Cal commit Sean Grieshop winning the 400 IM, an event in which he is the long course junior world record holder.
