Howard University, who is entering their second season with head coach Nicholas Askew, has added 11 new calves to their roster. Askew is hopeful that the new additions will fill the void left by the 10 graduating seniors. Prior to taking the head coaching position for Howard’s Swimming & Diving program, Askew was an alum of both this team and the tennis team, competing at Howard from 1996-2001.
Howard University is located in northwest Washington, D.C. and competes in the CCSA (Coastal Collegiate Swimming Association).
The men and women will kick off their season this Friday at their Alumni meet. Their regular dual meet season begins Oct 17 against George Washington. A complete season schedule is available here.
