Hannah Blaser of Central Bucks Chooses Penn State for College Career

Doylestown, Pennsylvania’s Hannah Blaser has given her verbal commitment to the Penn State Nittany Lions for 2016-17. Blaser is a senior at Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School, where she contributed heavily to Gwynedd Mercy’s second-place team finish at the 2015 PIAA 1 AA Swimming and Diving Championships. Blaser was runner-up in the 100 free (50.91) and fourth in the 100 breast (1:05.55); she also swam breast on the third-place medley relay and led off the runner-up 400 free relay.

Blaser swims under Head Coach Stu Kukla at Central Bucks Swim Team and is a Winter Juniors qualifier in both the 50 and 100 freestyles. She also excels in breast and IM, and her best times include:

Blaser will join her Central Bucks teammate Hannah Zurmuhl as well as Amber Glenn, Annalee Johnson, Cara Treble, Carly Fried and Siena Salvaggio in the Penn State University class of 2020.
