Any swimmer knows the toll training takes on their upper body. Because of this putting time into improving mobility and enhancing recovery by opening up through the neck, back, shoulders and chest is extremely important.
This video sequence will help you do just that!
The intent of this 15 minute practice is to develop body awareness, increase mobility in the upper body and to relieve tension both physically and mentally to enhance recovery.
