Swedehart,” a swimmer from Southlake, Texas, has created a full music video parody of Ozzy Osbourne’s “Dreamer” in which he replaces the line, “I’m just a Dreamer, I dream my life away” with “I’m just a Swimmer, I swim my life away.”

You can probably guess where this goes next. Swedehart takes us through a day in the life of a swimmer, in the middle of a grueling (North Texas Nadadores) workout. It’s all very dramatic. Some of the more notable lines include:

  • And I’m not surprised to see a 3000 free … For time.
  • Without a get-out swim there ain’t no hope for us … I’m swimming through the waves and agony.

Swedehart has this to say about his first full-length music video:

“Swimming is a great sport but sometimes you feel a little more like this, and of course my first try at singing is about swimming, it’s what I spend the majority of my day doing! Shout out to DJKarltheDog for inspiration. Like if you enjoy, subscribe if you want more, and if you have any suggestions on what I can do to improve, drop a comment. Thanks!”
