Want To Live Like Michael Phelps?

Baltimore born and raised Michael Phelps has made it known that his new home is in Tempe, Arizona, where the 18-time gold medalist currently trains under the tutelage of longtime coach of Bob Bowman. Ever since Bowman took the head coaching job at Arizona State University, Phelps and several other North Baltimore Aquatic Club swimmers made the move out west to carry out their training through the Rio Olympic Games.

Earlier this year, Phelps made the announcement that he’d be taking on a volunteer coaching role under Bowman post-Rio, another indication that Tempe was becoming more than a temporary visit. Adding to the permanency now is the fact that a Baltimore loft believed to be owned by the 4-time Olympian is now up for sale.

According to the Baltimore Sun, the loft on S. Curley Street linked to Phelps has hit the market at a cool $1.15 million, per the listing by real estate company The Royal Metropolitan Group. The Sun notes that Phelps’ agent, as well as the CEO of the real estate group selling the property did not immediately respond for comment, but the townhome matches details reported back in 2012 when Phelps first bought the property.

If that’s your price range, you can live like the greatest Olympian of all time, sprawling over 2800 square feet complete with a 5-car garage and rooftop terrace overlooking the Canton nightlife.

The listing can be seen here.

Supposedly? Please this is Michael Phelps’s former house. Post London, he showed a picture of his house over on Instagram and mentioned that he had to use a crane to bring the Christmas tree that he brought and low and behold, there’s a crane at the top of the stairs. Also, in pic five you can see the same stair case where Phelps once had his gaming computer set up in front of.
