University of Hawaii Begins Season With Beach Workout

In Hawaii, the words “dryland workout” have a whole different definition.

Last weekend, the University of Hawaii – Manoa Rainbow Warriors and Rainbow Wahine traded the pool deck for the beach for some high-impact beach workouts, including a head-first collision with the camera man. Then, inevitably, they hopped into the water for some open water bubble rings.

Though not its primary intent, if this isn’t the best recruiting video in the history of college swimming, I don’t know what is.
