Diver Julio Pioso said, “Sprits were great, we had a lot of fun with new teammates and old. It was a great start to the season.” Many new faces were seen around the pool, making an impact right away. Freshman swimmer Claire Lippert said, “I thought everyone was super energetic and it led us to have an amazing meet overall across swimming and diving.” Of the performance Coach Chris Maiello said, “Always good to get a home victory, for the girls to shed their skin a bit and enjoy the process. This is what we do and why we do it…just excited overall about our ability to continue to train. We have some things to clean up in our races strategy-wise and things like that, but for the most part pretty happy with where we’re at.”
