SwimSwam Podcast: Training at the Olympic Training Center During Quarantine

On SwimSwam Podcast, we’re giving you an in-depth listen at all things swimming. Host Coleman Hodges welcomes guests and guest co-hosts alike to get perspective on our ever-changing swimming universe and break down the past, present, and future of aquatic sports.

We spoke with para national teamers Robert Griswold and David Gelfand about how they’re handling this quarantine period at the Olympic Training Center. They’ve been training in Colorado Falls since January, and when the OTC went on lockdown, they just decided to stay there.

While they can’t swim, as all pools are closed, they can still use many of the facilities and resources that the OTC has to offer. They’ve also made a point to get out into the Colorado wilderness and go on walks in nature as much as they can. To top it all off, we discussed what Robert and David’s favorite ever swims to watch were.
