ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. – St. Bonaventure University men’s and women’s swimming head coach Skip Nitardy has announced the 2022-23 schedule.
This year’s schedule is highlighted by a trio of dual meets at the Reilly Center Pool.
The women’s team kicks things off Sept. 30 by traveling to take on Saint Francis (PA).
Both teams hit the pool and the men compete for the first time at the Colgate Invitational Oct. 7-8 in Hamilton, N.Y.
The following week, the Bonnies head to Cleveland for a tri-meet with Cleveland State and Kenyon College Oct. 15.
Bona’s gets its first taste of Atlantic 10 competition Oct. 29-30 at the Atlantic 10 Invitational at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio.
The Bonnies are slated to make their home debut Nov. 5 against Ivy League foe Cornell.
After a two-week break, the Bonnies travel back to Ohio for the Cleveland State Invitational Nov. 17-19.
A date with Little Three rival Canisius Dec. 3 wraps up competition in 2022 for the Bonnies.
Returning from the holidays 49 days later, the Bonnies make a trip to Binghamton Jan. 21 for their final road meet of the year.
The regular season wraps up with a home meet Jan. 28 against Gannon at the RC Pool.
The 2023 Atlantic 10 Swimming and Diving Championships will be held Feb. 15-18 at the SPIRE Institute.
Well, looks like they’ll swim the schedule without Skip Nitardy since he was fired today.
