Shoulder Maintenance For All Swimmers

As our friend Tim Crowley likes to say: “There are two types of swimmers: Those who have had shoulder issues, and those who will develop them.”

Shoulder injuries are all but inevitable for serious swimmers -- but the good news is there are plenty of pre-hab exercises. The Vasa Trainer and Vasa Ergometer are also particularly useful for shoulder injury prevention.
