Sebastiaan Verschuren, Joost Reijns are Moving On to Rio (VIDEO)

Dutch freestylers Sebastiaan Verschuren and Joost Reijns are moving on to the 2016 Rio de Janiero Olympics.

The teammates at the Amsterdam Swim Institute put together the above motivational, inspirational, fun-to-watch video of a day in the life of a national-level Dutch swimmer. The opening quote comes from the movie Rocky Balboa (the latest installment of the most inspirational movie series of all-time), and the montage continues on to various clips of the boys swimming and getting ready for their 2013 championship meets, and their plan is the 2016 Olympics beyond that.

Verschuren swam at the 2012 Summer Olympics, where he placed 5th in the 100 meter freestyle.
