Swimmers will learn new techniques, as seen in our instructional videos, to make their swimming easier and faster. With intentional purpose we will focus on body-line driven technique while transitioning that technique into training. If you are looking for a new challenge, are striving to reach the next level in your career, or just want to push yourself – then this is the place for you. This camp will show you the foundation those athletes started on; intention, focus, and a demand for strong technique that is carried over to the workouts designed to challenge the body, the mind, and your desire to be great. The elite athletes who have come before you have all lived this daily challenge and now we are happy to invite you to do the same.

Hi. I have just viewed your swim camp for May/June/July 2014. However the age range is for 11-18. We live in the UK. Our daughter is 7 (8 in May) and is a squad swimmer. Swimming 4 sessions (4hours a week). Do you do any camps for this age group? We look forward to hearing from you.
