Every Elite athlete works hard to achieve their goals. The best in the world have found ways to train harder, train smarter, and challenge themselves every day. Now you can experience a few days of training at an elite level, learning fromCoach Jeff Dugdale, with special appearances from Olympic Coach David Marsh.
Swimmers will learn new techniques, as seen in our instructional videos, to make their swimming easier and faster. With intentional purpose we will focus on body-line driven technique while transitioning that technique into training. If you are looking for a new challenge, are striving to reach the next level in your career, or just want to push yourself – then this is the place for you. This camp will show you the foundation those athletes started on; intention, focus, and a demand for strong technique that is carried over to the workouts designed to challenge the body, the mind, and your desire to be great. The elite athletes who have come before you have all lived this daily challenge and now we are happy to invite you to do the same.
Camp Focus: The focus of this camp is technique and training with all four strokes, turns, and starts. Our goal is to challenge you physically and mentally, and teach you the best ways to approach training sessions and seasons.
What to Expect: During your stay at Queens your drills and workouts will be designed with your summer goals in mind so that we can best prepare you for success at your championship meets.
Who This Camp Is For: Registered competitive swimmers looking for a training challenge. For the best results, swimmers ages 11-18 are best suited for this camp.
