Practice + Pancakes: Ian Crocker Leads WHAC Through 200 Pace Set

A new swim season means new pancakes. I drove down the road to Western Hills Athletic Club where they were doing their thing on a Wednesday. Warm up was pretty fun from the get-go, as they tend to focus on underwaters – today, the focus was underwater turns with tumble turns.
Their main set, a 200 pace set that included what was essentially 4 broken 250’s, was as follows:
4x
4×50 @ :50, (pace +2, pace +1, pace, pace -1 by round)
:30 rest
10×25: 4@25, 3@20,  2@15, 1@10
