Olympian Ryan Lochte wants to be safe not sorry (Video Interview)

Ryan Lochte stops upstairs to talk with Rowdy Gaines at the 2014 Arena Grand Prix in Charlotte. Lochte said he wants to be safe and not sorry regarding his injured knee. Lochte told the media in the press room that he’s pulling in practice, not taking workouts off while his knee continues to heal. Lochted added that he’s hungry for the summer with his sights set on Pan Pacific Championships, and he’ll be ready to perform by then.
