19-Year-Old Olivia Wunsch got her first races ever at a World Cup and in the USA under her belt this weekend in Carmel. The Paris Olympian logged 4th in the 50 free and 5th in the 100 free. Wunsch will be racing in the next two stops as well and looks to improve as she gets more SCM experience in the books.
HOW TO WATCH THE WORLD AQUATICS WORLD CUP
A comprehensive look at television and streaming options for the meet can be found here.
U.S. viewers can watch both prelims and finals on the USA Swimming Network and Peacock, Canadians can stream every session on CBC, and the source for the majority of European nations will be the Eurovision Sport platform.
The competition will also be streamed live and on-demand with the World Aquatics Recast channel. A three-day pass requires 590 credits, which costs $8.26 USD.

too bad she’s a sprinter
After Wunsch’s memorable anchor leg in the 4×100 at World Championships it was a pity she had to pull out of the 100 Free semi-finals with illness after qualifying 7th fastest in the prelims. Then had to miss the 50 Free altogether.
Looking forward to seeing Liv’s development (and Milla Jansen’s) over the next 3 years leading up to LA28.
Great hearing her perspective transitioning from being an elite junior swimmer to open racing .. especially now with so many senior retirements she would need to step up for LA28 I think
