(NLI Photos) O’Neill, Panitz headed to Big Ten

The Big Ten conference got two more NLI signees, Ryan O’Neill to the Penn State men and Beatrix Panitz to the Michigan State women.

O’Neill, pictured above, is a multi-distance freestyler who specializes in the 200. His top time is 1:39.71 in the 200, and he’s also been 4:36.24 in the 500.

Panitz is mainly a backstroker, going 58.5/2:07.7 in the 100 and 200. She’s also a solid breaststroker who’s been 1:04.8 in the 100. She swims for Empire Swimming based out of New York, but will head to Michigan State to join the Spartans in 2014.
