Michael Phelps has long been the headliner of the Speedo brand, but the two have apparently not renewed their contract that ended last year, according to a new report by SportsBusiness Daily.
“I’m excited to continue my longtime partnership with SPEEDO,” said Coughlin. “I have been a part of the SPEEDO family since I started swimming professionally – and wore Speedo long before that – and their support both in and out of the pool has helped me become the swimmer I am today.”
A native of Bedford, N.H., Luscinski, 23, is the NCAA and collegiate coordinator at USA Triathlon. Previously, she served in the USOC’s international games division, where she assisted Team USA with behind-the-scenes logistics and registration in the lead up to the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games.
The national tour will feature appearances by newly appointed USA Swimming Foundation Ambassadors: three-time Olympic Gold Medalist Nathan Adrian, Olympic Gold Medalist Anthony Ervin (featured image), and returning this year are four-time Olympic Gold Medalist Janet Evans and swimming legend Rowdy Gaines.
