Urlando still has the 100 Back SCY AMERICAN records; both Kos(TEX-Hungary) and Marshall (FLA-Great Britain) surpassed Urlando’s :43.35 for Kos (:43.20) to now hold the NCAA mark, but neither is able to take American record based on their sport nationalities.

Question: Is it too late to get day won event order to be switched to put the final heat of the 1650 BETWEEN the 4×50 MR and the 4×200 FR.
