She has a much better chance to shine in this race in Barcelona than in London. The schedule is good. Not to win because Cate Campbell looks unbeatable but for a medal. The women’s 100 free final is on day 6 and will be the first race of the evening session. In London she had the 200 back semi-finals around 40 minutes before the 100 free final. In Barcelona the 200 back semi-finals are after the 100 free final. It’s cool for Missy.

Missy isn’t a full time 100 free specialist and she swims 53.43, not fully tapered. She’s a beast!
