Lucy Enoch Announces Commitment to Florida Atlantic for the Fall of 2026

Fitter and Faster Swim Camps is the proud sponsor of SwimSwam’s College Recruiting Channel and all commitment news. For many, swimming in college is a lifelong dream that is pursued with dedication and determination. Fitter and Faster is proud to honor these athletes and those who supported them on their journey.

Lucy Enoch of Carmel, Indiana and Carmel Swim Club will be heading south next fall to join the Florida Atlantic University Owls as a member of the class of 2030.

“I’m thrilled to announce my commitment to continue my athletic and academic career at Florida Atlantic University! Thank you to my family, coaches at CSC, and teammates for supporting me along the way! Go OWLS!”

Enoch is a rising senior at Carmel High School, historically one of the top high schools in the country for swimming. Last winter, she helped the Carmel women win their 39th-stright Indiana State Championship title, finishing 3rd in the 100 Breast (1:02.64) and 5th in the 200 IM (2:03.13). She also contributed a 28.74 breaststroke split on Carmel’s 200 medley relay in prelims, before the finals squad claimed the State Title in finals. At the club level, she holds multiple Winter Juniors cuts across the breaststroke and IM events.

Best Times (SCY):

  • 100 Breast – 1:02.64
  • 200 Breast – 2:15.90
  • 200 IM – 2:01.77

With her best time, Enoch should rank right alongside some of FAU’s top breaststrokers. During the 2024-2025 season, her best times in the 100 and 200 breast would’ve ranked 4th on the roster, with both times coming only about a second off of the top time on the roster. She also would have ranked 2nd on the roster in the 200 IM, giving herself a very solid event lineup with just over a year left before she arrives on campus.

The Florida Atlantic women compete in the American Athletic Conference, finishing 6th out of 6 teams at the 2025 American Athletic Conference Championships with 1008 points. At that meet, the team picked up two silver medals with Dolores Margni scoring 2nd in the 200 butterfly and Meg Drover-Smith hitting the wall 2nd in the 200 backstroke. The team’s top performer in the breaststroke events was Maja Piotrowicz, who finished 5th overall in the 100 breast with a time of 1:01.61.

Enoch will join international recruit and butterfly specialist Hanna Veress in Florida Atlantic’s class of 2030.
