Swim Coach (Private Lessons) – The Swim Studio | Charlotte, NC | Austin, TX
The Swim Studio is redefining swim instruction through a highly personalized, technique-driven approach. We are seeking strong swimmers and coaches to join our growing teams.
This is not a traditional swim school.
We specialize in private lessons only and deliver an accelerated program that blends water safety with refined, competition-level technique.
Our coaching is guided by The Swim Studio Method—a signature, experience-driven curriculum developed in-house. Swimmers progress intentionally from foundational safety skills to advanced stroke work, all while emphasizing controlled, surface-level swimming for confidence and mastery.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver 1:1 private swim lessons using The Swim Studio Method
- Teach water safety, stroke technique, and confidence in the water
- Track swimmer progress and provide clear, tailored feedback
- Create a focused, high-energy, and professional lesson environment
- Collaborate with a strong, team-oriented coaching staff

Compensation
- Starting at $22+/hour (based on experience)
