Bridgewater College is seeking candidates for the assistant swim coach position. This position will assist the Head Swim Coach in the management of the men’s and women’s swim team. This is a 12-month, full time Assistant Coach position.
This position will assist in all aspects of running a Division 3 swimming program. This positions duties include: Recruiting upcoming swimmers, helping monitor student-athlete academic progress, assist the head coach with budgets, help with season and travel plans, and assisting the head coach with practice organization and running individual groups.
