Fresno State To Travel To LA To Compete In The A3 Performance Invite

LOS ANGELES – The Fresno State swimming and diving team will travel to Los Angeles, Calif. to compete in the A3 Performance Invitational Nov. 17-19. The 11-team invitational includes Fresno State, CSU Bakersfield, UCLA, San Jose State, Pepperdine, Loyola Marymount, Hawaii, San Diego State, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara and Cal Poly. The three-day invitational will be held at East Los Angeles College in Monterey Park, hosted by UC San Diego.

“This weekend is a fun meet for us as it gives us an idea of where we are at in the season,” said head coach Jeanne Fleck. “We will get to swim our best events in a championship format of prelims and finals. We look forward to some fast swimming.”

The invitational will feature both swimming and diving events. Preliminary events will begin at 9 a.m. PT every day followed by finals at 5 p.m. PT.
