Zoe Cochran, a senior at Fishers High School in Fishers, Indiana, has signed an NLI to swim for the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio.

“I am so excited to compete alongside my new teammates this year and do great things in the pool and in the classroom!”

Cochran competes for Fishers Area Swimming Tigers and trains under Jay Chambers at both her high school and club teams. Her best times are:

  SCY LCM
100 back 59.43 1:11.64
200 back 2:09.20 2:31.67
100 fly 1:01.54 1:12.12
100 free 57.37 1:04.39
200 free 2:01.01 2:18.37
500/400 free 5:18.98 4:47.42

GLIAC is a tough conference, with only 2 finals scoring at championships, but in 2015 Cochran would have added points to the Oilers’ total in the 100 back and 200 back, and would have been just barely out of contention in the 100 fly and 500 free.

Cochran will join fellow commits Olivia Wile and Reagan Lutz in the Findlay class of 2020.
