“I’m kind of glad school is starting.  We had a great interim training period with the swimmers returning to campus January 1st,” said head coach James Dailey.

“We trained doubles every day and they responded with several in-season best times over the last couple of meets before school starts.  Once school starts, we settle back into balancing a single practice with their academic careers, but it gives us a different rhythm and we could use the change,” says Dailey. He believes the team is up for the challenge of the dual meet against Navy next.

  • “Even though we only have 13 men competing on the squad this year, this has been one of the best groups I have ever coached and I look forward to seeing how they are going to compete at Patriot League Championships. When you look back to where they were in August and where they are now, it is really impressive to see how far they have come.”
