Fitter and Faster Swim Camps is the proud sponsor of SwimSwam’s College Recruiting Channel and all commitment news. For many, swimming in college is a lifelong dream that is pursued with dedication and determination. Fitter and Faster is proud to honor these athletes and those who supported them on their journey.
Tori Yamamura, a rising senior at Valencia High School in Valencia, California, has committed to swim and study at the University of Missouri beginning in 2026-27. At the time of her verbal, she wrote on social media:
“I’m so happy and excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my swimming and academic career at the University of Missouri!! Thank you to all of the coaches and teammates who have supported me throughout my swimming journey and shaped me into the swimmer and person I am today. I’m beyond thankful to the Mizzou coaches for this incredible opportunity. Lastly, a big thank you to my family for their endless support, I wouldn’t be where I am today without you. Go tigers!! #MIZ 🐯”
