Darcy Revitt Leads Washington State To Victory Over Northern Colorado

GREELEY, Colo. (January 23, 2026) – Washington State Swimming opened the 2026 calendar by taking 12 of 15 events to post a 174-105 victory over Northern Colorado Friday evening.

Sophomore Darcy Revitt led the Cougars with three wins and junior Jade Castro tallied two win while Ariel WangEmily LundgrenLauren Wille and Barbora Mileisyte also added victories as WSU improved to 4-0 in dual meets this season and a combined 12-0 the last two seasons.

The 400 medley relay team of Anna RauchholzEmily LundgrenIssabelle Parrish and Barbora Mileisyte opened the meet with a win before Tatum Janning and Lauren Wille went 1-2 in the 1000 free. Jade Castro and Darcy Revitt followed with wins in the 50 back and 50 breast, respectively, before Mehlika Yalcin had a second-place finish in the 200 fly.

In the 200 IM, Ariel Wang picked up the win while newly enrolled freshman Georgia Els (Pretoria, South Africa) finished second while competing in her first collegiate event. Castro picked him her second win of the night after taking the 200 back and Revitt added her second win of the meet by taking the 100 free with Mileisyte and Parrish giving the Cougars a sweep after finishing second and third respectively.

All-American Emily Lundgren won the 200 breast for her 54th career victory and Wille added a 200 free win before Revitt won the 100 IM for her third win of the day. Mileisyte earned her third win of the season with a 50 fly victory before the 200 free relay team of Lundgren, Mileisyte, Addyson Lewis and Revitt closed the meet with a win.

The Cougars continue their road trip with a Saturday morning meet at Wyoming beginning at 10 a.m. (PT).

GREELEY, Colo. – The University of Northern Colorado women’s swimming & diving team closed Friday’s dual against Washington State with a historic performance on the boards, as Violet Noel shattered a decade-old program record in the 3-meter dive.

Noel delivered the highlight of the meet by winning the 3-meter event with a score of 332.33, breaking Northern Colorado’s previous record that had stood for 10 years. She also swept the diving events on the day, claiming the 1-meter title with 275.25 points. Addison Campbell placed second on 3-meter with 252.98, while Meredith Clabaugh and Mireya Ruiz rounded out the scoring.

In the pool, Northern Colorado posted several strong individual performances against the Cougars. Ellyson Lombardi earned a victory in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:04.04, while Kyra Rabess turned in a pair of podium finishes, placing third in the 1,000 freestyle (10:23.57) and third in the 200 freestyle (1:56.50). Maria Erokhina added runner-up finishes in the 200 breaststroke (2:17.82) and contributed to UNC’s second-place 400 medley relay.

The Bears also placed second in the 200 free relay and saw multiple top-three finishes across sprint and middle-distance events as they continued to build momentum through the middle of the season. Northern Colorado totaled 105 points on the day, while Washington State claimed the dual with 174.
