Swimming Sikhne Ki Step-by-Step Guide Video Ke Sath

Sabse pehle ek baat clear kar lo ki swimming seekhi ja sakti hai, chahe age, body type ya fear kuch bhi ho. Jo log aaj smooth swim kar rahe hain, wo bhi kabhi pool ke edge pakad kar khade the. Difference sirf itna hai ki unhone give up nahi kiya.

Step 1: Pani se dosti banao

Swimming ka pehla step strokes nahi hote, comfort hota hai.
Shallow water me khade hokar:

  • Pani chehre par daalo
  • Walk kro taki body ko water ka feel milna shuru ho.
  • Balance krna sikho

Jab tak pani “enemy” lagta rahega, body tight rahegi. Comfort aate hi body relax hone lagti hai.

Step 2: Saans aur panic control

Beginner ka sabse bada issue hota hai panic.
Simple rule:

  • Pani ke andar saans chhodo (Nose se, aap pani ke andar “hmmm” bolne ki kosis kro to nose se air apne aap niklne lgegi)
  • Bahar aakar saans lo (Mu se)

Ye practice shallow water me karo. Jab breathing control me aati hai, confidence automatically badhta hai.

Step 3: Floating seekho

Swimming ka base floating hai, swimming nahi.
Wall pakad kar:

  • Body ko dheere-dheere seedha rakho
  • Pani ko support karne do

Yaad rakho: pani dubata nahi, hum khud ko tight karke dubte hain.

Step 4: Kicking samjho

Kick ka kaam sirf aage le jaana nahi, balance dena bhi hota hai.

  • Relaxed kicks
  • Pair straight, knees zyada bend nahi
  • Splash kam, rhythm zyada

Kickboard ho to aur easy ho jaata hai.

Step 5: Arms aur coordination

Jab floating aur kicking comfortable ho jaye:

  • Ek-ek haath se stroke seekho
  • Body ko rotate hone do
  • Jaldi mat karo, smooth raho

Swimming race nahi hai, flow hai.

Step 6: Comparison band karo

Sabse dangerous cheez — comparison.

  • Kisi ko 3 din lage
  • Kisi ko 3 hafte

Iska matlab ye nahi ki koi weak hai. Aapka focus sirf ek cheez par ho:
“Aaj main kal se thoda better hoon.”
