On night 2 of the World Cup stop in Carmel, Olympian Bella Sims took on a hefty double, swimming the 200 free and then 14 minutes later, swimming the 100 back (with only the men’s 200 IM between the two events). She ended up placing 7th in the 200 free and made her way onto the podium in the 100 back, finishing 3rd behind Regan Smith and Kaylee McKeown. Sims said she was proud of where she’s at now in both events.
