Penn sophomore Liam Campbell dropped 1.2 seconds to win heat 1 with 49.16. Harvard’s Sonny Wang, last year’s bronze medalist, touched first in heat 2 with 45.99. Columbia senior Andrew Fouty improved his seed time by 1.6 seconds to come in second with 46.23, just ahead of Princeton freshman Logan Noguchi (45.61).

Harvard went 1-2 in the next heat with 2024 runner-up David Schmitt (45.75) and Aayush Deshpande (46.06). Princeton’s Conor McKenna went 46.80 for third.

Top-seeded Nicholas Finch of Yale took the final heat in 45.36, improving his seed time by a tenth. Defending champion Joseph Gurski came in second with 46.21, while Harvard’s Oliver Pilkinton touched third (46.96).

Princeton’s Arthur Balva won the first circle-seeded heat in 3:47.31, just off his seed time. Behind him, Cornell sophomore Julian Correa dropped 9.4 seconds to come in second from lane 7, while Harvard freshman Richard Poplawski beat out Princeton’s Hunter Kim for third.

Brown freshman Marton Nagy led from start to finish in heat 3 and successfully held off Penn sophomore Peter Whittington to claim victory with 3:46.26. Whittington touched .24 behind, after having improved his seed time by 2.2 seconds. Dartmouth freshman Jacob Turner took 2.5 seconds off his entry time to come in third with 3:48.47.

Princeton senior Maxwell Seidel took the final heat in 3:46.58. Yale’s Jed Jones dropped 3.5 seconds to touch second in 3:47.42, a full body length ahead of Harvard freshman Eric Lee (3:49.21). Princeton sophomore Noah Sech (3:52.13) added 5 seconds from his seed time to come in fourth.

Harvard’s David Greeley, the 2024 runner-up, beat teammate and defending champion Ben Littlejohn and their freshman teammate Marre Gattnar for a 1-2-3 Crimson finish in the first circle-seeded heat.

Princeton’s Mitchell Schott (1:32.77) won the next heat by a body length ahead of Harvard senior Harris Durham (1:35.36) and Yale senior Ben Meulemans (1:35.95).

Top-seeded Noah Millard of Yale, won broke the Ivy League record in the 500 free last night, won the final heat in 1:33.35 ahead of Princeton freshman Patrick Dinu (1:33.55). Cornell senior Dominic Edwards dropped half a second to finish third from lane 6 with 1:35.66.

Penn senior Matthew Fallon kicked off the circle-seeded heats of 100 breast with a new meet record of 51.46, shaving .12 off Jack Kelly’s record from prelims last year. Fallon, the defending 200 breast champion, went out in 24.33 and finished with 27.13 for a .7 drop from his seed time. Yale junior Alexander Hazlett, who finished 6th in 2024, touched out his freshman teammate Jake Wang, 52.80 to 52.87, for second place in the heat.

Penn freshman Watson Nguyen came from behind to beat Yale’s Charlie Egeland in heat 3, touching in 51.82 for a .8 drop. Egeland (52.50) beat teammate Alex Deng (53.26) for second.

Brown senior Jack Kelly closed out heats by taking.21 off Fallon’s brand new meet record. Kelly was a blazing 23.84 on the front end and 27.41 on the back half. It’s going to electric tonight in finals. Columbia senior Demirkan Demir touched out teammate Joshua Corn, 52.32 to 52.54, for second.

Cornell freshman Josh Toothman dropped 1.5 seconds to open the 100 back heats with a 48.12, coming to the wall just ahead of Brown senior Jerry O’Mara (48.39), who improved his seed time by .9.

Cornell sophomore Blake Conway went 46.89 to win the first circle-seeded heat ahead of Princeton’s Brett Feyerick (47.31) and Columbia’s Isaac Beers (47.42).

Princeton senior Tyler Hong (46.59) and sophomore Yanning Zhang (46.72) went 1-2 in the penultimate heat, touching out Harvard’s David Schmitt (46.74) and Evan Croley (47.01).

Cornell junior Pietro Ubertalli, the bronze medalist in the 200 IM last night, beat top-seeded Anthony Rincon of Harvard by half a body to win the final heat in 45.53. Harvard senior Aayush Deshpande, 7th in this event a year ago, came in third with 46.88.
