Water Pollution Ke Awareness Raise Karne Ke Liye Kiya 17Km Swim

International open water swimmer Meenakshi Pahuja ne haal hi me water pollution ke baare me awareness raise karne ke liye Alibaug me Revas Jetty se Mumbai me Gateway Of India tak 20km ki distance ko tairkar cover kiya. Nari Shakti Puraskar awardee aur  three-time Limca Book of Records holder Meenakshi ne subah 5:00 am par swimming start ki.

“Water nature ka ak powerful element hai jo life ko sustain karta hai. Meri koshish logon ko ye samjhana tha ki hum ise pollute nahi kar sakte aur ise halke me nahi le sakte. Ise pollute na karna aur future generations ke liye hamare natural resources ki safeguarding ki taraf kadam lena hamari responsibility hai,”  Pahuja ne hume bataya, “ye achievement Abhinav Kant Chaturvedi, Kirish Gandhi and Faisal Siddiqui ki meri skilled escort team ke bina possible nahi hoti, jinhone mujhe swimming ke during guidance and support provide kiya.”

Delhi ki rahne wali Pahuja 13 time national medalist hain. Unka kahna hai ki Maharashtra me ye swimming unke late father and guru VK Pahuja, jo ak veteran swimming coach the, ko tribute tha.
