Following its grand opening on October 29, the Hampton Virginia Aquaplex is ready to serve water lovers of all ages and passions. With affordable membership options available for individuals, seniors and families, the Aquaplex offers one of Coastal Virginia’s best values on aquatic adventures!
Guests can visit for a day or stay for a class, with a variety of aquatic programs available:
- Swimming lessons with our on-site instructors to build confidence in the water from preschool to adult
- Private, semi-private, and dive instruction classes with a trainer
- Water safety classes including lifeguard training, first aid, or CPR certifications
- Water exercise programs open to members of all fitness levels and modification types
- HVA Learn to Swim Program provides free swim instructions to all Hampton City School second graders
The Hampton Virginia Aquaplex is perfect for individuals and families, and is purpose-built for competitive aquatics! Swimmer warm-up and warm-down are a breeze in the eight-lane, 25-yard programming pool, and nearby multipurpose rooms provide space for event staging and hospitable functionality. Located on the same campus as the Hampton Roads Convention Center and Hampton Coliseum, additional event spaces are available and hotel accommodations surround the Aquaplex, ensuring easy access to guest rooms for swimmers and their families.
Whether training, competing or relaxing slide-side, Aquaplex visitors can dive into the fun at this specially designed venue. Facility features include:
