Rajasthan State Swimming Association ke competitions mei age ko le kar ek baar phir se problems saamne aai hai. June mei Jaipur mei organised Junior State Aquatic Championship mei participate krne ke liye ek swimmer ne duplicate birth certificate dikha kr participate kiya tha. Wo ladka 12th ka student tha but under-14 mei participate kr raha tha jiski wajah se ek acha swimmer jo ki same category ka hote huye bhi Rajasthan ki Junior Team mei jagah nhi bana paaya. Jis ldke ne duplicate birth certificate dikha kr participate kiya tha uska naam Maan Singh Chaudhary tha aur uski real date of birth 15th April,2008 ki hai aur present mei wo 12th class ka student hai aur under-14 category mei participate kr rha tha. Usne 50, 100, aur 200m mei gold medal jeeta. Wahi pr 2009 birth wala Shiven abhi 9th class ka student hai aur unhone is competition mei 3 Silver aur 2 gold medal jeete.
RTI ke under mei marksheet nikalne pr ye matter samne aaya.
“Mere paas koi complain nhi aai hai. Waise bhi jab tournament hota hai tab kisi bhi complain ko sunne ke liye ek committee banai jaati hai aur wo committee us complain ko solve krti hai. Agar aisi koi complain ayegi toh us ko solve karaya jayega,” RSA ke Chairman Anil Vyas ne kaha.
“Tournament ke time hamare paas evidence nhi the. Humne RTI ke help se information collect ki aur saari information RSA ke Chairman Anil Vyas ko aur Jaipur Swimming Association ke Secretary Rajvir Singh ko de di hai,” Nirmal Khandelwal, (Shiven Khandelwal) ke father ne kaha.
